3-Day Challenge: Relief in three simple steps

Day 1: First Relief


Short grounding exercises. Clear explanation of what we are up against, and our technique.
Outline of our approach. Immediate calm. A sense of "oh... this is different." Simple proof.


On the first day, we will introduce the core concepts, give you simple meditations and awareness pointers to attend to, and you may notice a change, but you need to stick to it.

Day 2: Real Insight


The core concept. Why tinnitus lingers. How it can be undone. Begin reprogramming perception.


On the second day, we go deeper into the core concepts, give new meditations and more important things to be aware of. You should notice a difference. If not, we recommend starting over, and focusing on the core truths of day one and two combined. Put in focus and time. You will get there.

Day 3: The Turning Point


You’ve felt the shift. Now you’re ready to go deeper. Begin full recovery.


On the third day, we will further clarify the core concepts, and give you the full perspective of how to improve your symptoms. You need to do the work and attend to the material. If you do, you will notice that you are able to shift your mind and awareness enough to gain some control at least.
